• The right to use the subject images or recordings unless the individual is an active ISA, ITA, IRA, INA, Customer or Tuition Partner (where their agreements with the Company already contain the release).

• The ITA/ISA agrees to submit all signed releases to the Company, which are transferrable to the Company. Any submissions without the appropriate release will be rejected by the Company.
