Avocado Lemon Curry Dip

This dip is super creamy and delicious! It’s great to have with homemade sweet potato fries or it can also be used as a spread.

Avocados are so good for you and are loaded with great nutritional benefits. They are great for the nerves, containing many of the vitamins needed to support a healthy nervous system, including some of the B vitamins, calcium and magnesium. They are also a source of good fat.

This recipe is super easy to make and is as delicious as it is nutritious.

Avocado Lemon Curry Dip

Yields: 1 cup

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 avocados

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

1.     Put all ingredients in food processor and process until you reach a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
