Jessica is a Culinary Nutrition Expert and award-winning Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant. Jessica Mitton’s “The Kitchen Redefined” is very informative and gives you lots of options to start making a change in your kitchen, whether big or small. Storage of food was a great Module for me. Now I don’t have dried up rubbery veggie sticks for snacks for the week. They are fresh and crisp for much longer in my fridge. I even noticed changing a few dishes and/or storage containers was fantastic. I can do it at my own pace and now I have no messy plastic containers in my cupboards. Reading the labels has now become something I do more when grocery shopping. Even swapping out a few different items can make you feel more confident while shopping and provide you with healthier choices. Overall, this is a fabulous program: well organized, easy to follow and a great way to make personal changes. I would recommend this to everyone!!
