S.E.E.K.™ Contest Winner Born and raised in Idaho, Jason Nedrow came from a family of farmers who taught him how to work hard at an early age. He went to college to study Mechanical Engineering but, realizing that he didn't want to work for someone else, dropped out after three years. Before finding Nouveau Riche, Jason had spent the last decade working as a door-to-door vacuum salesman. It was a demanding job that, although provided steady income, left no time to spend with his expanding family. Jason felt that his job owned him and that he was missing out on his life. After much research and soul searching for a career he could feel passionate about, Jason found Nouveau Riche in January 2005. Although Jason had no prior real estate experience, he believed in the Nouveau Riche system and devoted himself to becoming a success. The first year starting his Nouveau Riche business was a struggle, there were many financial setbacks and the pressure to provide for his family was taking its toll. With great will and determination to succeed, along with the support of the entire team at Nouveau Riche, Jason managed to draw in 35 guests at a February 2006 Intensive™ workshop, making $120K! He finished 2006 with over $500K in commissions and has currently earned over $1.3M with Nouveau Riche. Within three years, Jason has found the balance between reaching his financial goals and spending quality time with his beautiful wife of 15 years, Rebecca, and their 5 amazing children. As a full time IRA who developed the Las Vegas and Idaho markets, Jason believes that the real reason behind his success at Nouveau Riche is his focus on the people. "It's been awesome to help people meet their educational and financial goals and give them options," says Jason. He credits Co-founders Jim Piccolo, Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder for changing his life and allowing him to do something he loves while serving and changing the lives of others. Born and raised in Layton, Utah, Dan Read possesses a great deal of compassion for others. After serving The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Baltimore, Maryland for two years, he started many small businesses, from freelance graphics design, video production, to a retail store in the mall, before discovering his true passion: real estate. Reading up on the subject, Dan started buying homes at the early age of 21, acquiring 2 properties over the course of 2 years. However, he knew that at this pace he would not reach his life goals and long-term wealth. Upon discovering Nouveau Riche at the age of 24, he believed he'd found his solution. As a newlywed and $30,000 in consumer credit card debt, making the education purchase was not an easy decision, but this one decision forever changed his life for the better. In a matter of six months with Nouveau Riche, he acquired a total of 10 properties totaling over $1.25 million. Utilizing his new knowledge, he completed his first Short Sale deal, netting $42,000 profit-more than he'd ever made in two years worth of net take home at his job doing litigation support! Only six months after joining Nouveau Riche, Dan realized it was time to quit his 9-to-5 job! Today, Dan enjoys the freedom to spend quality time with his beautiful wife Stephanie. They are now loving parents of two beautiful children, Locke and Breckyn, who are the joy of their lives! After only three years in real estate, they also share part ownership of a dental center in the Phoenix area, with four more in-the-works. Robert "Rob" Miles grew up in Arizona until the age of 19, at which time he moved to Baltimore, Maryland, to serve for 2 years as a full-time service missionary. It was there that he first met and worked with IRA Dan Read and the two developed a friendship that would, in years to come, prove to be providential. Shortly after returning home from completing his mission in Maryland, Rob married his high school sweetheart, Melissa. Newlywed life was good. The twenty-two year old had a rewarding job where he helped people improve their lives through advanced education; his wife was working in the accounting department of a law firm; and together, they had just built and moved into their first home. On April 24, 2005, Rob and Melissa were blessed with a beautiful baby boy and Melissa quit her job to devote her time and attention to the care of little Reed. Suddenly, the only income paying the bills was Rob's $30k a year salary. They began to struggle financially and the downward spiral continued until eventually Rob's parents started making their mortgage payments for them. It was during this time that Rob's old friend, IRA Dan Read, introduced him to Nouveau Riche. In the first six months with Nouveau Riche, Rob's income quadrupled his previous annual income. Additionally, even though his mentor was in Utah, the Nouveau Riche leadership team in Arizona "took him in," answered his questions, and supported him in the business of real estate investing and wealth-creation. Today, Rob and his family live in McKinney,Texas, where he specializes in the strategy of Short Sales. Currently, in partnership with IRA Dan Read, Rob has ownership in multi-million dollar dental centers, and dedicates his time and resources to the building of an amazing Nouveau Riche Community in North Texas.
