S.E.E.K.™ Contest Winners Andre was born in Romania under Communism, came to America with nothing, and did not speak English. As a young boy, he was forced to go to work and help the family survive. He decided early on to live the "American Dream," and knew that the only way to achieve his dreams was through business ownership. Lack of financial education created many road blocks to his success, as he made a lot of money and lost a lot of money in various businesses. Tami was born in St. Paul, MN. She grew up the only child of a single mother and moved every year. She started working at the age of 12 and never stopped. Big dreams and a burning desire to change the course of her family's financial future led her down an entrepreneurial path. By the age of 19, she came across a company where she was able to achieve 5 figures a month in income. Andre and Tami met in 2000 and put their entrepreneurial heads together to start a Design and Construction Firm in Los Angeles, catering to a high-end and celebrity clientele. They built that company from scratch into a very successful business, but sacrificed their time and freedom in the process. They realized that with a nice house, cars and two beautiful little girls that they didn't have enough time to enjoy it all, and were not living the "American Dream." Their only solution at the time was to get even bigger, until they found the real solution on June 22, 2006 . . . Nouveau Riche! They joined Nouveau Riche to learn more about real estate, as they had played in real estate since they met, making a lot of money on high end fix and flips, but knew they had so much more to learn. Also an excellent trainer, Lori started running a weekly training and marketing call with Greg. They married in June of 1995 in the same church where they met one another in the second grade! A few years later they moved to Las Vegas, NV, with no family or friends and just enough money for the first month’s rent. David quickly found a job working in the construction industry, where he began making a decent living. Myrna worked in the dental industry until they found out they were expecting their first child. It was then they decided to purchase their first home in Las Vegas…the place they were going to raise their family.

By 1999, Myrna made the decision to become a Real Estate Agent and rapidly built a multi-million dollar business. Still working in the construction business, David was working long hours for a lot less money. Together they decided it would be best for David to join the Real Estate business too. However, following his career change, they were blessed with their second child and David became a stay-at-home “Mr. Mom”. A year later they had their third child and David found himself raising two infants and a 6 year old! Life had become extremely busy for both David and Myrna, who was now working 15 to 18 hour days running her Real Estate business and new Mortgage business. She managed to obtain Real Estate licenses in three other states and was traveling every week. Although the money was great, Myrna and David were spending less and less time together as a family and it was taking its toll.

In 2006, through a friend, Myrna and David were introduced to Nouveau Riche. David was initially skeptical since two months earlier they invested $20K in another system that they believed would make them millions in the stock market, but nothing had become of it due to lack of time. On the other hand, Myrna knew this was something she could do. After taking a long overdue vacation, Myrna started marketing Nouveau Riche. They closed all their Real Estate files and went full time with Nouveau Riche!

In 10 years in the industry they only owned one house—their own! Within their first six months with Nouveau Riche, they acquired 10 homes cash flowing $4,700 a month and made a great additional income on the marketing side. Today, the couple works together on a daily basis and spends more time together than ever before.
