His education background consists of a Bachelors degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University. Nanci and Scott Rowe, both from Midwest upbringings, began their post college careers working for a large direct marketing company, going business to business selling various company products. Through a twist of fate, they were both transferred to New York, where they eventually met and embarked on an incredible career opportunity. They quickly formed a partnership and acquired a distributorship with that same direct marketing company. Traveling back to the Midwest together, Nanci started working out of the house, handling the accounting needs for the sales offices that Scott was opening throughout the Midwest. In 2003, Scott was promoted to Vice President of Product Sales, overseeing five states throughout the Midwest. Meanwhile, Nanci handled the finances for eighteen warehouses, averaging $100K in weekly sales. After working with the company for 15 years, Nanci and Scott both learned countless, necessary skills to build marketing teams, handle trainings, and set up and manage infrastructures. In July 2006, Nanci came across an ad for Nouveau Riche - a chance encounter that would transform their world! They realized that they had found the perfect fit for the 15 years of experience they possessed, and both joined the Nouveau Riche Community. Just a short nine weeks after their first Nouveau Riche meeting and enjoying the benefits of successful real estate investing, they both resigned from a 15 year relationship with their previous company and went full time marketing Nouveau Riche. After six months of Super Saturdays, meetings three times a week, and lots of follow-ups, they finally became certified. In just 11 months of marketing Nouveau Riche's products, they earned a staggering $422,700! Russ and Krista Keetch reside in Kaysville, Utah with three children. Married eight years, they have lived a happy life full of hard work and endured much. In August of 2004, they found themselves carrying out a funeral service for their baby boy Seth. Two years later, they faced a year of unexpected changes when their oldest boy required hernia surgery, Krista required back surgery, and their newborn daughter was born with heart problems needing surgery at just one week old. Topping off the year with surgeries, their daughter also needed kidney surgery a few months later and is thankfully now doing well. Later that year they found refuge after being introduced to a terrific company that helped to mend their lives back together. Through the challenges of health and raising a family, the Keetch's have grown stronger together, gaining a burning desire to change the world for the better, one day at a time. Krista grew up in Kearns, Utah. Throughout her youth she was involved with school activities such as drill team, dance and student government. Excelling in college, she achieved scholarships for her high marks of academia and leadership, and earned her MBA from the University of Utah at the age of 21! Fresh out of college she landed an excellent pharmaceutical sales position and began her entrepreneurial path. Russell Keetch grew up in Midvale, Utah. An ambitious young athlete, he showed signs of an aspiring entrepreneur while raising funds for his team by selling soap door-to-door. As a result of his success, he began many business ventures, from collecting aluminum cans, running lemonade stands, selling candy, gift wrap and cards door-to-door, to a long-term paper route and a full-service landscaping business. At age 21, Russ left landscaping and college to serve a two-year service mission to New Zealand. Upon his return he went back to school and landscaping, becoming a contractor and growing his landscape business to the extent of installing anything from flowers to high-end waterfalls. After seven years of running the landscape business, coupled with changing his university degree path twice before earning his degree, a part-time job at UPS, and a year of teaching high school religion classes, he desired a change. Miraculously, on October 11, 2006, a flyer was left on his car by an "angel." Against Krista's recommendation, he joined Nouveau Riche with a few conditions: he would not talk to any friends, family, or neighbors about Nouveau Riche. Well, guess what happened to those conditions? As IRAs, the Keetch's dream and intension is to infuse change in others, empowering individuals to believe in themselves and, in turn, create stronger family bonds. An unstoppable will and determination has always driven them to accomplish their dreams. Their desires were planted years ago and are now becoming a reality because of their newfound catalyst...Nouveau Riche! Bob Tierney

S.E.E.K.™ Contest Winner Born and raised in the Chicago area, Bob Tierney is an avid learner with an insatiable desire for knowledge. Interested in computers at an early age, he received his very first computer, a TI99 4A with 16K memory, as a present for his 8th grade graduation! He also loved music, playing the tuba in both the high school concert and marching band, and even won first chair in the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra, earning the opportunity to play in a television broadcast of "Tuba Christmas". Throughout high school, Bob took as many classes as he could in various subjects and ended up graduating with 18 extra credits! After high school, he made the decision to immediately enter the workforce. Although he received recognition for his incredible drive and leadership skills, and achieved numerous promotions and raises, working in a plastic or cell phone factory was not the vision he had for his life. Being good with his hands, he began working in the construction industry. Even though he was earning decent money and learning useful skills of the trade, he knew his career options were still limited. At the age of 24, he enrolled in DePaul University, pursuing a Major in Entrepreneurship and a double Minor in Computer Science and Psychology, while continuing to restore old houses in order to support himself. After graduation, he landed a job as a software trainer earning a substantial six figure income, until the company eliminated his position, leaving him struggling to find work in a heavily saturated job market. That's when Bob decided to no longer rely on others for creating success in his life. Shortly after losing his job, he took all of the knowledge and skills he learned working in construction and started his own remodeling company, specializing in high-end renovation and rehab. Much to his surprise, his business started to grow through word-of-mouth, but he soon found himself working grueling hours just to manage all the projects and crews his growing business produced. Bob came to the realization that even though he was self-employed, his business owned him, not the other way around! While in search of the real "American Dream," he found Nouveau Riche! Initially, Bob was skeptical and felt the whole idea was too good to be true. He thoroughly investigated the company, attending multiple presentations, and constantly grilling the leaders with questions until at last, he enrolled in the July 2006 College, never looking back! Now, truly his OWN boss, in under two years he has earned well over half a million dollars, but more importantly he has found the "American Dream!" "Nouveau Riche offered everything I had been looking for: the education to learn how to make money in real estate, a chance to create an unbelievable income, the opportunity to become my own boss and to help people get out of their dead-end jobs and take control of their destinies." Raul Campos spent nearly 20 years as an Independent Investment Advisor, managing money for himself and clients. Raul sold his practice in the year 2000 and, after taking a few years off from Wall Street, he began investing in real estate. He obtained his real estate license in hopes it would assist him in building his real estate portfolio, but experienced limited success. Raul quickly realized that his lack of success was due in large part to his lack of education and knowledge when it came to real estate investing. After discovering Nouveau Riche and applying his education, his success skyrocketed. Raul now acquires 40-50 properties a year. Today he enjoys assisting and mentoring others with this powerful knowledge so they too can go out and succeed in their real estate investment endeavors.
