What better way to motivate a team than with a special cruise contest? In April of 2008, INA Justin Yates, once again, revved up Team 212 for an amazing cruise! Contest winners climbed aboard the Freedom of the Seas ship and set sail to exotic places like Jamaica and Mexico, where they made memories to last a lifetime! "The cruise contest has been one of our most successful sales promotions. Not only do people work hard for the free cruise, but also for the chance to hang out with the top income earners from our territory. It's amazing how the relationships from the cruise bond us together and cause us to work harder and hold each other to a higher standard," says INA Justin Yates. Getting to know them on a deeper level...As a group of 40, we went hiking up a water fall in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Working as a team, we accomplished our goal of reaching the top.
