Gluten-free Chapati Bread Flour Mix 

Use this mix to make a simple Garlic Chapati Bread with you next curry dish! One of my favourite curry dishes is Slow Cooker Chicken Curry. Simple and easy with a whole lot of flavour and beneficial foods!

Here’s the recipe:

Gluten-free Chapati Bread Flour Mix 

Yields: 1 ¼ cup flour mix

Prep time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

½ cup chickpea flour

½ cup sorghum flour

¼ cup + 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour

¼ teaspoon sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients together in bowl. Transfer to glass airtight container or mason jar for storage in a dry cool place.
