“I truly live by the Zig Ziglar quote, ‘You can have everything in life you want if you help enough other people get what they want!’

In July of 2007, I was looking for something new. For years I worked in mortgage lending, assisting others in realizing their dreams of homeownership. I learned early on that there are two paths out there: one path leads to the person who is upside down in their vehicle loans, broke and renting; the other is the path of the real estate investor who owns a lot of real estate, owns their own business, and has a million dollars worth of assets. I knew the latter was the one for me. Most importantly, I loved helping others and took every opportunity to educate those around me on the latest of mortgage products, personal finances and credit repair. I had already purchased three million dollars of real estate. However, deep down, I felt I was just spinning my wheels. I was paying retail for all of my properties and felt I was not inspiring others at the level that would make me feel fulfilled. I needed a change. I was looking for an opportunity that would allow me to do more real estate investing while also fulfilling my purpose in life: being an inspirational asset to my community. I am thankful everyday for the moment that Nouveau Riche presented itself to me.

Nouveau Riche has opened the doors for me to learn everything I want to know personally about real estate, and has allowed me to spread that knowledge along the way. There is nothing out there that even remotely compares to Nouveau Riche. The Nouveau Riche education helps me to be as aggressive as I want to be and puts me in front of the waves. As an Independent Sales Associate marketing the educational system, I have made more money in the last year and a half than I ever made in any of my previous businesses. In just this year and a half, I have made over $300,000 through marketing. In addition, I have formed a five-member team with a goal of buying more than $15 million in real estate in the next three years.

With Nouveau Riche, I am able to fulfill my purpose as an action-oriented woman who inspires others to do more. As a strong-willed woman, I like to hold others accountable to live their dreams and achieve their goals. Through my own transformation of personal growth, I have the ability to impact others and assist them in overcoming obstacles and challenges in order to reach their goals. I am marveled at the transformation I see every day; every day, I see someone grow from mediocre to successful.
