Spinach Pesto
Yields: 1 cup
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups of fresh spinach
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until pesto turns into a paste. Enjoy!
